The dashboard is empty until you put your own enquiries in it. Three ways to do that — all of them work offline, on this file alone.
- Add records one by one. Use Add record in the header. Fastest if you're starting from today's enquiries.
- Bulk load from Excel. Download the CSV template, fill it in Excel, then Load data. Column order and names must stay as they are.
- Continue from last time. Load data and pick the JSON file you saved on your previous session.

Every open enquiry plotted by days since received. Anything past the dashed line has broken the 15-day follow-up SLA.
